Gua sha is a critical add-on service for anyone experiencing tight jaw muscles from teeth grinding, decrease in lymph drainage from the face, neck, and axillary lymph nodes, facial puffiness, and decrease in collagen production. It is also used to effectively release tight fascia and muscle tension on most parts of the body.
